A Funeral Service will be held for Ms. Manning on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul CME Church. Interment will follow at Parkway Memorial Gardens. An Open Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12 from noon until 6:00 p.m. at Bledsoe Funeral Home.
